29 CFR 1910.213(b)(7): Feeder attachment(s) did not have feed roll(s) or other moving parts so covered or guarded as to protect the operators from hazardous points: a) In the Rough Mill, the Stick Sharpener front guard opening size allows the employee to reach through the front guard and access the material clamp area while the wood stake being sharpened is in the front guard opening. b) In the Rough Mill, the Stick Sharpener material clamp is not guarded on the exhaust duct side allowing employees to reach into the material clamp area.
