29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On the 6/12 pitched roof, fall protection was not utilized by employees installing roof tiles and using electric blowers to blow off the roof, exposing the employees to a fall hazard between 9 feet 11 inches and 13 feet, on or about 12/29/2015.   Crown Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062819, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6650 NW 106 Ave, Miami, FL 33178.  Crown Roofing, LLC. as previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968871, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1317 Moss Creek Lane, Lot C-115 & Lot C-165, Champions, FL 33896.  Crown Roofing, LLC.was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 970750, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 13127 Bridgeport Crossing, Lakewood Ranch, FL 32402.
