29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about 11/01/2019, at a jobsite located at 8206 NW 79th Ave Tamarac, FL 33321, employees installing roofing tiles of a home at elevations of six feet or more above the ground are exposed to a fall hazard at approximately 10 feet while working from a pitched roof of 4:12 without a means of fall protection, where the employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard.    Crown Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316727, citation number  2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4921-4935 Windermere Ave. Kissimmee, FL.       Crown Roofing LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1136266, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Courtyard Esterro Apartments Building 17, Corkscrew Commons Drive, Estero, FL 33928.
