29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) On or about 12/18/15, at 108 North Platt Street, in Albion, New York, the safety monitor was engaged in hoisting operations and guiding loads delivered by a crane, while other workers were installing roofing materials. Employees were working 20 feet above ground level. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
