29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a) On or about 7/12/2022, at the main roof area of the site, Tonawanda, NY. Employee, working on a main flat roof installing metal flashings, was not protected by fall protection systems or combination of fall protection systems, nor protected by use of a monitoring system. The main roof was a flat roof with a 22-inch high parapet wall and did not meet guardrail requirements of 42-inch minus/plus 3-inch. Employee was exposed to fall of 18 feet.  b) On or about 7/12/2022, at the entryway roof area of the site, Tonawanda, NY. Employee, working on a entryway flat roof setting up to caulk metal flashings, was not protected by fall protection systems or combination of fall protection systems, nor protected by use of a monitoring system. The entryway roof was a flat roof with a 12-inch high parapet wall and did not meet guardrail requirements of 42-inch minus/plus 3-inch. Employee was exposed to fall of 12 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
