29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) ABB, Inc.: Maintenance employees perform energy control procedures on machinery such as, but not limited to a Refrigerant Dryer which has a 480 volt three phase electrical source and 120 PSI pneumatic source and requires the control of hazardous energy by locking out the equipment. The employer has not conducted a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures, as determined on or about 01/06/2016.
