29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet* (4.6m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: (a) South Jobsite - On January 06, 2016 employees were standing along the edge of a 4/12 slope structure placing and installing sheet metal roofing without being connected to a lifeline. Employees were exposed to a fall height of 60 feet.
