29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 164 Craft Farms Gulf Shores, Alabama: On oir about January 5, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to frame a residential home from the room top without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13.11 feet to the concrete floor below. THE PABLO RODRIGUEZ DBA PABLO RODRIGUEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 957334, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 19, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11580 SEDONA DR. LOT 71, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
