29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 6986 Crimson Ridge St., Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 1, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 8 feet 5 inches to the ground below. THE PABLO RODRIGUEZ DBA PABLO RODRIGUEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 957334 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 20, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11580 SEDONA DR., LOT 71, DAPHNE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1116186 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 18, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 164, CRAFT FARMS, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
