29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2)(i): All parts and appurtenances of work platforms and scaffolds necessary for their safe and efficient utilization were not present. Employees working in the paint department were exposed to fall hazards when using the manually propelled ladder stand in that the stand was missing a wheel and not level and stable.

29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): An open flame or spark producing equipment was present in the spraying area or within 20 feet thereof and not separated by a partition. Employees working in and near the primer paint booth were exposed to fire hazards in that a propane torch was used to dry items to be painted. This prep was being done within twenty (20) feet of the paint booth entrance doors.
