29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Capitol Group, Inc. had employees exposed to fire hazards, due to a fire extinguisher in the northwest corner of the facility, which was blocked with material and not readily accessible to employees, at the companys Champaign, Illinois, facility.
