29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Top plate, residential construction located at 3040 Birchdale Drive, Milton, GA 30004: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 2-inches to the lower level while engaged in framing activities without a fall protection system in place. Miguel Contreras was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 625998, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1435 Buckskin Trail, Suwanee, GA 30024.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Front side near temporary electrical service, new residential construction located at 3040 Birchdale Drive, Milton, GA 30004: The employer failed to inspect all of the electrical cords and electrical equipment prior to the start of the work shift. The control box on the ROLAIR Air Compressor was missing the strain relief which exposed the internal energized circuits and was not removed from service or repaired.
