(a) SPBS Machine #3: On January 7, 2016, a mail container restricted the exit access to 26 inches wide for the employee working at station 2 exposing her to delayed exit in the event of an emergency. (b) SPBS Machine #3: On January 7, 2016, a mail container restricted the exit access to 20 inches wide for the employee working at station 3 exposing her to delayed exit in the event of an emergency.
