29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 01/11/2016 at the 2520 Main Street Construction Project, employees were working from a roof deck with no fall protection system in use at several areas. Fisher Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1100265, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2510 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT.
