OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) On or about January 9, 2016, an associate pulling a tugger attempted to pass a cart in the aisle on Column 2B22 (Line 2 Assembly) with insufficient space, which resulted in a cart he was leading bumping the stationary cart into a fixed rack.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide training to all associates at HMA and insert into initial training a series of slides, along with hands-on-training, regarding associates not proceeding through aisles or passageways with insufficient space.
