29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck:  At the residential construction site located at 15909 Cody Street in Overland Park, Kansas:  Employees engaged in window installation activities were observed riding on a platform on the forks of an all-terrain fork truck while holding the load, windows, secure.  Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
