Kaufman, Richardson, TX; where: a) At least two (2) employees, who were working on a small roof over balcony of building #212, were not protected from falling to the ground below. b) At least one (1) employee, who was working on a small roof over balcony of building #214, was not protected from falling to the ground below. c) At least one (1) employee, who was working on a small roof over balcony of building #216, was not protected from falling to the ground below. d) At least one (1) employee, who was working on a small roof over balcony of building #218, was not protected from falling to the ground below.
