29 CFR 1926.950(b)(1)(i): Each employee was not trained in, and familiar with, the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this subpart that pertain to his or her job assignments:   (a). On or about January 12, 2016 at a jobsite located near 30121 Wolf Road, Drexel, Missouri- Unauthorized employees were allowed to breach minimum approach distances of live electrical lines and were not provided the necessary safety training to recognize and avoid energized and potentially energized lines and methods needed to protect employees.

29 CFR 1926.959(d)(3)(i): The energized lines or equipment exposed to contact were not covered with insulating protective material that will withstand the type of contact that could be made during the operation:   (a). On or about January 12, 2016 at a jobsite located at 30121 Wolf Road, Drexel, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the jumper line leading from the distribution line to the service line was not covered or otherwise insulated to prevent contact by an employee or equipment.

On or about January 12, 2016 at a jobsite located near 30121 Wolf Road, Drexel, Missouri- The employer failed to adequately assess the jobsite for potential hazards such as allowing employees to work near uncovered live electrical lines without insulating the lines and not requiring employees to wear insulated gloves.
