This was most recently documented on July 13, 2022 at the jobsite located at 24888 FM 1070 in Washburn, Missouri when the employer failed to ensure or require overhead lines be deenergized, grounded, or other protective measures were in place to protect employees from electric shock.  An employee suffered electrical burns when he was working around came into close proximity of a 13kV distribution line.
