29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the job site, Buildings #8, 9, 10 on or about January 20, 2016, several employees were performing framing work on a new two-story residence while exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 18 feet onto earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected. b) At the job site, Buildings #11, 12 and 15 on or about January 20, 2016, several employees were performing framing work from the 2nd floor balcony while exposed to fall hazards up to 11 feet onto earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected.
