29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: A) Building #10, on or about March 30, 2016, the fixed wooden stairs that employees used to access and egress the 2nd floor did not have a handrail on at least one side of the enclosed stairway, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: A) Building #10, on or about March 30, 2016, the fixed wooden stairs that employees used to access and egress the 2nd floor did not have a stair rail system on the open side, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 36 inches.
