29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal cabinets were not deemed to be in compliance as they were not constructed with the bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2-inch air space; the joints riveted, welded, or made tight by some equally effective means; the door provided with a three-point lock; and/or the door sill raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet:  On or about January 21, 2016 the flammable paints and solvents in use in the paint booth area were stored in a two door file cabinet that does not meet the requirements as described in this section.
