Employer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR Standard  that was contained in OSHA Inspection 993435, Citation 1, Item 1a, issued on 10/9/2014; Final order date of 10/24/2014 with respect to the work site on the corner of Pine Tree Village Town Homes , Boise, Idaho.  Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
