29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  (a) Southwest Exit Door:  Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation hazards as there was a pallet projecting into the area in front of the Exit Door.  (b) Northwest Exit Door:  Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation hazards as there were two out of service Crown Stand-ups # 5 and # 10 blocking the exit door.  This violation was abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment:  (a) Warehouse:  The employer did not provide training to temporary employees when personal protective equipment is necessary, and what personal protective equipment to wear when cleaning up chemical spills in the warehouse.  Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.  Abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    (a) L1P1A Electrical Panel:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the L1P1A electrical panel was blocked by a Jungheinrich stand up forklift.    This violation was abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
