29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):     Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:    At the job site located at 20511 Taylor St. the employer is failing to ensure that the job built scaffold was equipped with a platform that was at least 18 inches wide.  The job built scaffold was equipped with a single 2 inch X 12 inch board spanning 15 feet at  a height of 6 feet from the ground.
