29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8th inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: Employees working throughout the facility were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that the housekeeping program was not adequately implemented. Dust was allowed to accumulate in the following locations: A) The half tunnel to the McPherson drag. Accumulations measured in excess of six inches deep. B) Boot pit. Dust measured in excess of two and one-half inches deep. C) Leg drive platform gallery. Dust measured four and one-half inches deep.
