29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA:  (a) Canteen Vending, 3201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a broken right hip, resulting in hospitalization, on January 7, 2016 as a result of slipping and falling on a wet floor.  The employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.  (The employer reported this hospitalization to OSHA on January 11, 2016.)  Corrected during the inspection.
