29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  (a) Multiple buildings on the work site:  On January 28, 2016 Copper Basin Construction Inc., did not install faceplates on 120V/240V electrical receptacles thereby exposing employees of other subcontractors to exposed energized outlets while painting in areas near the open outlets.   Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item. Corrected during inspection.
