29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts.    a)  On or before January 27, 2016, during drilling activities, the employer did not ensure that a guard was installed on the Continental Ulticut Heavy Duty Drill Press, Model#DP14500 to prevent employees from contacting the spindle and rotating chuck.    b)  On or before January 28, 2016, during sanding activities, the employer did not ensure that a guard was installed on the Sears Craftsman Belt sander to prevent employees from contacting the rotating parts.    c)  On or before January 28, 2016, during drilling activities, the employer did not ensure that a guard was installed on the Sebastian Lathe Company lathe to prevent employees from contacting the rotating parts.    d)  On or before January 21, 2016, during cleaning activities, the employer did not ensure that employees used the guard in place on the Kalamazoo, Model#H9AW, Serial #11486 horizontal band saw to prevent employees from contacting the saw blade.
