29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : (a) Griinder - On or about February 22, 2016 grinder operator was exposed to continuous noise at continuous noise of approximately 96 decibels during 400 minutes sampling period. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
