29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:      a) On or about 2/2/16 on the first floor of a new commercial building under construction at the Corner of Orchard Park Road and Eaglebrook Dr., Orchard Park, NY:  An employee was checking to ensure that a steel lentil beam was properly installed and was exposed to a fall of approx. 7 ft. while standing on the top step of a fiberglass stepladder.       NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
