29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Throughout Facility - Employer failed to provide the respiratory protection program to employees required to wear the NIOSH 3M Dual Cartridges respirators when painting and prepping the paints for automobiles. Employees were working with lacquer thinners, primers and activators that include ingredients such as Isocyanates. Employees were exposed to respiratory tract irritations.

Employees were exposed to respiratory and skin irritations, dermatitis and skin corrosion.
