29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about February 11, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in residential construction, who worked at heights greater than 6 feet above concrete foundation were not protected by  guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.  Rodriguez Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1925.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082569, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located   10517 N. Sheridan Road, Owasso, OK 74055.  Rodriguez Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965751, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7634 N 181st East Ave., Owasso, OK 74055.
