29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Border Patrol Checkpoint, I-10 Mile Marker 120, West of Las Cruces, NM: On or about February 9, 2016, the control room exit route was partially blocked and/or obstructed by a computer workstation sitting in the hallway near the exit. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
