29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system. On or about 2/9/16; on the storeroom roof at the 4525 Ambassador Caffery Parkway Building; the employer allowed employees to work on the 14' high by 17' wide by 7' deep roof without any fall protection; thus exposing employees to serious fall hazards.
