29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a)   On or about Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to up to a 24 foot fall hazard while walking top of trusses and walking top plates to set and secure floor trusses without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 4906 28th Avenue South in Fargo North Dakota.       Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 109330, Citation 1 , Item 2 , and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/2012,  with respect to a workplace located at The Pines Building D in Minot, North Dakota.

29 CFR 1926.503(c): "Retraining." When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee:  (a)   On or about Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to up to a 24 foot fall hazard while walking top of trusses and walking top plates to set and secure floor trusses without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 4906 28th Avenue South in Fargo North Dakota.
