An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about June 25th, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazards in excess of 16 feet while installing roofing materials on a commercial flat roof next to a roof edge in the vicinity of Seter Parkway & Veterans Parkway in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1125094, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 13th, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4906 28th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
