29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) On or about February 10, 2016 and times prior at the MMTX machine: The employer failed to insure that employees operating the MMTX machine were properly trained and understood the process for locking out the electric power prior to entering the back of the machine to clear wood chips from between the plexi-glass and metal frame before damage to the bearings occurred.
