No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(3)(i)(C): The employer did not provide HEPA filters for powered and non-powered air-purifying respirators: (a) Press Room and Powder Production Room - The employer provided Sperian N95 filtering face-piece respirators instead of air-purifying respirators equipped with HEPA filters (N100), on or about February 17, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
