29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(ii)(c): The hook was not brought over the load in such a manner as to prevent swinging: Spancrete Inc. beam yard located in Valders, WI: On February 15, 2016, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while rigging and moving 54" high precast girders that were 134' long when the crane hook was not placed directly above the load which allowed the loads to swing when lifted.
