29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: a) Lot 23 Luckett Court, Smyrna GA: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Jenny Air Compressor without the cover over the starter recoil on the Honda Engine. The moving parts of the starter recoil exposed the operator to rotating parts during start up/shut down.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Lot 23 Luckett Ct, Smyrna GA: The employer exposed employees to lower level fall hazards of up to 30-feet, in that; no fall protection was in use. There was no personal arrest system, guardrail system or safety net system in place. There was no satisfactory fall plan implemented for alternative fall protection measures.
