An employee performing tumbling operations, including but not limited to, tumbling/deburring of metal parts was exposed to noise at a level of 77.85 % of the allowable limit during a 440 minute sampling period on March 3rd , 2016; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 40 minutes not sampled.  This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 88.1 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.
