Advanced Finishing USA, Inc., 7401 Klier Drive, Fairview, PA 16415, northwest corner of the wet spray painting area, on or about February 19, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees perform spray painting operations at the face of a spray paint booth. Items including, but not limited to, cardboard, a desk, painting products and a trash can were stored within 3-feet of the spray paint booth. B.) Advanced Finishing USA, Inc., 7401 Klier Drive, Fairview, PA 16415, southeast corner of the wet spray painting area, on or about February 19, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees perform spray painting operations at the face of a spray paint booth. Items including, but not limited to, painting products were stored within 3-feet of the spray paint booth. Advanced Finishing USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914946, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7401 Klier Drive, Fairview, PA 16415.
