29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 1) On or about February 18, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working on a steep roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below while performing roofing repair.
