29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)  200A Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ.  Framers were exposed to head injury from overhead wood materials or portable tools which could fall striking workers as hard hats for head protection were not being worn.                                            Violation observed on or about 02/18/2016.

Framers were exposed to electric shock as the relocatable power tap (power strip) was used to power tools on this outside construction site which is not an intended use of this device.                                            Violation observed on or about 02/18/2016.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):   Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a)  200A Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ.  Framers were exposed to falls of 12 to 20 feet to the ground below as no methods of fall protection were in use while workers were positioning wood trusses.                                         Violation observed on or about 02/18/2016.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):   Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a)  200A Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ.  Framers were exposed to falls of 20 feet to the ground below when accessing or disembarking from the portable aluminum extension ladder as the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface.                                         Violation observed on or about 02/18/2016.
