Framers were exposed to head injury from overhead wood materials or portable tools which could fall striking workers as hard hats for head protection were not being worn. Framers were exposed to falls of 12 to 20 feet to the ground below as no methods of fall protection were in use while workers were positioning wood trusses. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):   Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a)  200A Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ.  Framers were exposed to falls of 20 feet to the ground below when accessing or disembarking from the portable aluminum extension ladder as the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface.                                         Violation observed on or about 02/18/2016.
