29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  a) For the distribution center at 4900 South Frontage Rd., Lakeland, FL 33815, as observed on or about 02/24/2016, aisle ways used by forklifts were partially blocked by a surplus of boxes and material, resulting in a hazard for forklift operators as well as people walking down the aisles.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    a) For the facility at 4900 South Frontage Rd., Lakeland, FL 33815, as observed on or about 02/24/2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from material and pallets that were stacked up to five pallets high and in danger of falling onto employees.    Advance Auto Parts was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.176(b) or its equivalent name, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314404328, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/22/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 270 W Main Street, Norwich, CT 06360.
