29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(iv): At the entrance to mechanical rooms/areas in which employees reasonably can be expected to enter and which contain asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), the building owner did not post signs which identify the material which is present, its location, and appropriate work practices which, if followed, will ensure that ACM and/or PACM will not be disturbed: Control Mechanic employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while blowing down and cleaning DB50 panel racks in the MCC Room in that the MCC Room was not labeled and identified to be ACM and/or PACM.

29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The employer did not affix signs or labels so that employees would be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM to materials that were previously identified to be ACM and/or PACM: Employees working proximal to the asbestos insulation that envelopes VRA Blender #1 and VRA Blender #2 tanks were exposed to inhalation hazards in that the tanks were not labeled and identified to be ACM nor PACM.
