29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lamp holders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: On or about 25 February 2016, and times there prior to, at MCAS Miramar Building 5301, the employer failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to live electrical hazards of 50V or more by ensuring that outlets and snap switches had faceplates installed. a) A snap switch near a sink in one of the restrooms in a dormitory area on the second floor was missing a cover plate. b) An outlet underneath a countertop in a dormitory on the second floor was missing a cover plate.
