29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: On or about February 24, 2016,at MCAS Miramar Building 9211, the employer failed to ensure that outlets used to power a vacuum and a mixer in the office space under renovation were covered by a cover plate. Sub-contractor employees were exposed to live electrical parts of more than 50 volts.
