Erie Weld Products, Inc. - On or about February 26, 2016, and at times prior thereto:  employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to use respirators.  Employees are required to utilize 3M brand 6001 tight-fitting, air purifying respirators during spray painting operations.
